Coordinated by dedicated student leaders Palash Gupta and Yashvi Calla, this vital ceremony marks the official handover of student governance across the institution.

Incoming student representatives will receive their official council badges and recite a solemn oath of office, publicly pledging their unwavering commitment to mindful, accountable service and proactive student advocacy. Specifically designed to enhance general student welfare, build strong community bonds, and align student leadership directly with core university standards, this gathering establishes transparency and essential trust across our entire campus.
