The School of Business and Management (BBA), CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, is organizing “AURA: Personal Branding and Interpersonal Excellence Workshop” on 19 September 2026 at the Auditorium, Management Block. Designed as a soft-skills initiative for BBA students, the two-day workshop aims to strengthen confidence, personal branding, professional presence, corporate etiquette, communication, and interpersonal effectiveness.

The sessions will be facilitated by Ms Rashmi Saha, Life Transformation Coach, Counseling Psychologist, NLP Practitioner, TEDx Speaker, IVLP Alumna, USA, and Founder of Mukty Mission. Through interactive activities, role plays, self-assessment, persona mapping, and workplace communication scenarios, students will learn to present themselves confidently, build authentic professional identities, enhance networking skills, and manage workplace interactions effectively.
