Organised in alignment with the core curriculum of the Literature of Subalternity course, this insightful session thoroughly explores key domains including Dalit aesthetics, regional bhasha traditions, and the critical politics of translation. By seamlessly bridging foundational postcolonial theoretical frameworks with lived, grounded resistance in Indian literary expression, the lecture offers a vital perspective on non-canonical knowledge systems, counter-hegemonic narratives, and historically marginalised voices.
