The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 2026 is an initiative by the Rotaract Club of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, in collaboration with the Rotaract Clubs of Symbiosis Artificial Intelligence Institute (SAII) and Army Institute of Technology (AIT), supported by Rotary Club of Pune Central. Scheduled from 23rd to 25th October 2026, RYLA brings together young minds to explore how leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence can shape the future.

The three-day program will feature eminent resource persons and industry leaders who will conduct insightful sessions and share expertise, experiences, and perspectives. Through interactive sessions, team-based activities, and innovation-focused challenges, participants will develop essential leadership and decision-making skills.RYLA 2026 aims to foster inter-institutional collaboration, encourage creative thinking, and empower youth to become responsible leaders creating meaningful societal change.
