Beyond the Classroom
The School of Business and Management (BBA) promotes experiential learning and social responsibility through student projects and service-learning initiatives. A key component of this commitment is the Social Concern Project (SCP), a mandatory six-week internship with a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO) undertaken by all BBA students after the second semester. Through active involvement in NGO activities, students apply their academic knowledge to real-world social challenges while developing empathy, social awareness, and a sense of responsibility towards the community. The project encourages meaningful engagement beyond charitable activities, enabling students to understand community needs, contribute to organisational initiatives, and explore practical solutions to social concerns.
