In order to make wise investment and budgetary decisions, participants will be required to dive into intricate financial scenarios by the Finance department, which will test their analytical prowess. The HR division will concentrate on resolving HR issues, such as personnel acquisition and employee interactions, and showcasing their capacity to improve workplace culture. Aspiring business owners will present their concepts in the area of Entrepreneurship Development, emphasising their uniqueness and commercial viability. In the public relations round, participants' skills in crisis management, corporate reputation management, and convincing techniques for communication. The MDQ club will also play a crucial role, conducting high-stake debates, simulating United Nations conferences, and challenging quizzes.
