The School of Business and Management (BBA), CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, will organize an academic session titled “Fundamental Rights: Building Constitutional Consciousness” for the students of Second Year BBA Honours as part of its continuous efforts to promote awareness of constitutional values and civic responsibilities.
The session will be conducted on 12 February 2026 at 02:30 PM in BBA Classroom No. 2403. The session will be delivered by Ms. Shalini Sharma, Assistant Professor, School of Law, who will engage students in understanding the scope, significance, and contemporary relevance of Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Indian Constitution.
Through this session, students will be sensitized to the importance of constitutional safeguards, equality, liberty, and justice, and their role as responsible citizens in a democratic society. The programme will aim to strengthen constitutional consciousness among management students by linking legal principles with ethical leadership, governance, and social responsibility.
