As part of its continued efforts to make students aware of the Indian Constitution, constitutional values, and civic obligations, the School of Business & Management-BBA, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, will organize a special academic session titled “Constitutional Values, Obligations and the Directive Principles of State Policy.” The session will be conducted for First Year BBA Honours students on 11 February 2026 at 10:30 AM in Classroom No. 2313.
The session will be delivered by Ms. Shaily Jain, Assistant Professor, School of Law, who will provide students with a foundational understanding of the constitutional framework, the importance of Fundamental Duties, and the role of Directive Principles in shaping public policy and governance. The programme will aim to bridge legal principles with management education by highlighting the relevance of constitutional obligations in professional and social life. Through this initiative, students will be encouraged to become informed, responsible, and constitutionally conscious citizens.
