Students can avail of a personal counselling session by walking into the batch counsellor’s cabin. Students can approach the counsellors for various issues like self-esteem, time management, anger management, family, managing their life, relationships, addiction, and so on. Confidentiality is maintained by the counsellor at all times.
At the beginning of every semester, the batch counsellor generates a report of all students who have failed in two or more papers in the preceding End Semester Examinations. The reasons are explored and the counsellor also helps the student with study skills and helps chart out a study schedule.
Attendance monitoring is a way of reaching out to those who are unable to attend classes due to various reasons. This way, the counsellor meets students who would otherwise hesitate to come and discuss the issues they are facing. Students are informed that they are required to maintain 85% attendance at all times.

The parents are informed about new courses if any, departmental updates achievements, and any challenges that are faced.
