Cancellation Process

Newly Admitted Students

• If the student cancels the residence admission and the university admission, a cancellation charge of Rs 5000/- will be applicable.
• If the student cancels the residence admission after the month of August, the residence fee will not be refunded.
• If the student cancels the residence and university admissions after 10 days or within one month, the amount will be charged according to the room charges.
• Students are not allowed to cancel their residence admissions during the academic year.

Existing Students

1. Once the room is allotted and the fee is paid then the cancellation of the Residence services is not possible.
