Cancellation Process

Newly Admitted Students

• If the student cancels the hostel admission and the university admission, then a cancellation charge of Rs 5000/- will be applicable.
• If the student cancels the hostel admission but hasn't canceled the university admission within the month of August, then the security deposit will not be refunded.
• If the student cancels the hostel admission after the month of August, then the hostel fee will not be refunded.

Existing Students

1. Once the room is allotted and the fee is paid then the cancellation of the Residence services is not possible.
