National Nutrition Week, observed from September 1st to 7th, highlights the vital role of nutrition in maintaining health and well-being. It reminds us of the importance of informed food choices and healthy eating habits. In celebration, the Centre for Counselling and Health Services (CCHS) at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, is hosting NutriQuest: Fuelling Wellness in Lavasa. This dynamic event promotes nutrition and healthy living through interactive activities and social media engagement. NutriQuest aims to foster meaningful discussions, share personal experiences, and inspire participants to embrace healthier lifestyles for long-term wellness.
