Since its inception, the club has organized a wide range of academic and interactive events that bridge economic theory with contemporary socio-political realities.
Sessions featured experts such as Prof. Lekha Chakraborty on fiscal policy and gender budgeting; Dr. Stanley Johny, International Affairs Editor at The Hindu, on geopolitics and global economic shifts; and Mr. Udit Misra from The Indian Express on Union Budget analysis. The Econexplore Series and Global Scholars Forum further enriched learning through discussions on Nobel laureates and global economic perspectives.
Econovation conducted intercollegiate quiz competitions, budget roundtable discussions, and interactive workshops on economic research methods, data analysis, and modeling—encouraging critical thinking and active participation.
