About the Club

The योगध्यानम् (YogaDhyānam) Club at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, is dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through the practice of yoga and meditation. The club provides a tranquil and supportive space where students can explore diverse yogic and meditative traditions rooted in Indian and Tibetan philosophies. By integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, YogaDhyānam encourages balance of body, mind, and spirit. The club aims to enhance physical fitness, emotional stability, mental clarity, and attention span, supporting students in navigating academic and personal life with greater awareness and inner peace.
