About the Club

The Rotaract Club at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Lavasa Campus (RaC CUL), is a dynamic student-led platform committed to service, leadership, and personal development. Aligned with the values of Rotary International, the club empowers students to become responsible citizens and compassionate leaders through impactful community engagement and collaborative initiatives. By organizing social drives, awareness campaigns, leadership workshops, and campus-wide events, RaC CUL nurtures innovation, empathy, teamwork, and professional excellence. With the motto “Together we’ll rise, with service and wise,” the club continues to build a legacy of service-driven leadership.

Events Conducted

  1. Volleyball Match with GELP Members

Held on 20 November 2024, this match promoted sportsmanship, leadership, and collaboration between GELP members and students, fostering unity and teamwork.

  1. The Talk 7.0

Conducted on 20 October 2024, The Talk 7.0 brought Rotaract leaders and student representatives together to strengthen leadership, cross-club collaboration, and best-practice sharing.

  1. Carnival ’25

Organized on 25 January 2025, Carnival ’25 celebrated the campus’s 10-year milestone through cultural activities, student-led stalls, performances, and inclusive community participation.

  1. International RYLA 2025

A multi-district leadership event held from 14–16 February 2025, focusing on mentorship, emotional resilience, entrepreneurship, and leadership development.

  1. Rotaract Mela ’24

A vibrant celebration promoting inclusivity, creativity, and social bonding through food stalls, games, crafts, and cultural engagement with the Ashiyaan community.

  1. Global Warming Awareness Campaign

Conducted on 20 September 2024, this initiative raised awareness on climate change, sustainability, and environmental responsibility through interactive conversations across campus.

  1. Waste Management Awareness Program

Held on 21 September 2024, the program promoted responsible waste disposal, civic responsibility, and sustainability aligned with UN SDGs 11 and 12.

  1. Leadership & Orientation Program

Conducted on 23 November 2024, this program introduced new members to Rotaract values, leadership principles, and global impact through interactive sessions and networking.
